PDFescape Enterprise BETA Now Available

CTdeveloping is proud to announce that PDFescape Enterprise has now gone into public BETA.

PDFescape Enterprise is the deployable version of PDFescape, enabling you and your company to install PDFescape on your servers, allowing you to customize the web application, secure your own data as needed, and implement needed data access control measures.

PDFescape Enterprise BETA is fully functional, however it has not been thoroughly tested under load. Based on the same core as PDFescape, the online web application, we don't expect this to be an issue and hope to release the first "stable" distribution within the next month.

Preliminary licensing for PDFescape Enterprise has also been announced, with server licenses as inexpensive as $499. This is an introductory price and is expected to change as the release of the final version nears, so act quickly.

PDFescape Enterprise BETA, Late April

Greetings,

Beginning later this month, PDFescape Enterprise will begin private BETA testing.

PDFescape Enterprise, the deployable version of PDFescape, allows customers to install PDFescape on your in-house servers. This version allows customers to secure and manage all data they collect in-house as well as config the server to meet both their security, interface, and integration needs.

Focusing on form filling, PDFescape Enterprise will enable you to upload your forms to your server where you can set permissions and form handling options for all your forms.

Requirements for PDFescape Enterprise:
  • Microsoft Windows 2000, XP Professional, 2003 (any edition), or Vista with IIS 5.0 or higher installed.
  • Microsoft SQL Server 2005 (any edition, including Express, Microsoft's free database server)
  • Administrator Access to server for setup and install
We will be offering installation as a service, however for this initial BETA test we are asking for all participants to use their in house IT staff to install and deploy this version. IT professionals familiar with IIS and SQL Server should have now problem following the installation directions.

For more information or request participation in the BETA, please contact CTdeveloping.
